When should I start searching for gowns at Unique Modest Bridal?

At Unique Modest Bridal, we recommend starting your gown search at least six months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for browsing our selection, trying on gowns, and placing an order. Our gowns are made-to-order, so they can take up to 30-days to arrive. Once your gown arrives, you may need alterations, which can take an additional month or two. Starting your search early also allows you to explore different styles and silhouettes, ensuring you find the perfect gown for your special day. What is the payment method for Unique Modest Bridal?

At Unique Modest Bridal, we accept payment through several methods to make the process as easy as possible for our customers. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments made through PayPal. Please note that all payments must be made in full before any product can be released to the customer. Who ships my order?

Your order is shipped to you by DHL and UPS.

What is Unique Modest Bridal’s return policy?

Due to all our dresses being custom made, we do not provide returns on your deposit or on your shipped purchase.

How can I track my order with Unique Modest Bridal?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package. We utilize a variety of shipping carriers depending on the destination and the type of product being shipped. Based on your location and shipping preference, our team will select the best carrier to ensure timely delivery.
